At SACIYA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds for any reason other than a product defect or damage. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item is defective upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saciya.com.
  • Include clear photos and your order number.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (in case of a defect or damage), your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that non-defective items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
